Diverse Learners Through the course of my career I have supported students so that they will have the skills necessary to succeed in the 21st century. The support came in form of planning, collaboration, learning new strategies and using resources strategically. I have created engaging lessons, collaborated to build district curriculum, participated on multiple district and building level teams, managed multiple paraprofessionals, problem solved a wide range of situations, co-taught with teachers and used data to create, designed and implemented support building wide behavioral PBIS processes.

MY PHILOSOPHY
With the right supports everyone has an ability to learn the skills they need to become a productive member of society. Additional supports for some, individual instruction for all, is beneficial to the community, both local and world-wide.
